Ingredients you will need:

  • 8 oz cream cheese – fat free
  • 1½ cup milk – fat free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1½ cups potatoes chopped
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 26 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup – fat free
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
  • 15.25 oz corn – whole kernel undrained
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 6.5 oz clams chopped
  • ½ lb calamari tubes
  • ½ lb crabmeat
  • ½ lb bay scallops
  • ½ lb shrimp

How to make:

  1. In a large pot, over low heat, add cream cheese, ½ cup milk, and garlic. Stir while cooking until well blended.
  2. Stir in potatoes, carrots, soup, green onions, corn (with the liquid), parsley, and 1 cup milk.
  3. Season with cayenne pepper and black pepper. Stir to mix.
  4. Simmer for 25 minutes. Don't let it boil
  5. Add in clams, calamari, crab, scallops, and shrimp. Stir to mix.
  6. Cook and stir occasionally an additional 10 minutes or until the seafood becomes opaque.
